This is a trial for 3 months and if there are enough people interested then it could be something we do every month. So come along and practise the routines you have learnt, on your own or with a partner. You will have the chance to get help and ask questions with anything you may be struggling with. Try out new steps and put your own routine together. Make notes that will help you to remember.

Monday, 23rd January - Ballroom Waltz

You do not need partners as we all dance together and there is a great ratio of leaders to followers.
Level 1 6.55pm – 7.55pm £4.50 Waltz basics
Level 2 8.00pm – 9.00pm £4.50 Waltz for those who have done it before but a little rusty
Level 3 9.05pm – 10.05pm £4.50 Waltz for those who have been to our Level 3 Waltz classes before or up to Gold standard
Attend 2 levels for £7.50 (instead of £9)

Weds, 25 January – Kizomba for Beginners
Woodlands College, Minstead Avenue, Harefield, SO18 5FW
If you have seen Kizomba and wanted to try this gorgeous dance, then join us at:
8-9.30pm Kizomba class for BEGINNERS - designed for people with no experience (or very little) to Kizomba - entrance £8
This is an additional class to the usual 4 levels of Salsa classes, which will all run concurrently
Thurs, 26 January - Kizomba for Improvers
Archers Club, 32 Archers Road, central Southampton, SO15 2LT
8-9.30pm Kizomba class for IMPROVERS with Steve - designed for people with some Kizomba experience.
All other Salsa classes continue as usual and Tracie will be taking the Level 4 class and teaching Cross Body
NB – Entrance to the Kizomba classes will be £8 - Salsa classes £7 as normal
Please note that although Kizomba classes will only be at the end of every month, you can practice EVERY WEEK after 9.30pm on Weds at Woodlands, Thursdays at Archers or fortnightly Fridays at Caliente, where we have a dedicated Kizomba room, while Salsa is played in the main hall.
Weds, 1 February - Absolute Beginners Salsa Taster session & 4 week course
Where: Woodlands Community College, Minstead Avenue, Harefield, Southampton SO18 5FW (J7 M27)
When: Initial Taster class for Absolute Beginners - & course progresses for the duration of that month
7.45-9.30pm with practice dancing afterwards until 11pm
Who: Absolute Beginners with 2 or more left feet & over 18
Cost: £10 for the first taster night, & redeemable against 5 week discounted course fee of £30

Where: Ford Social Club, Wide Lane, Swaythling (near the airport) SO18 2NQ (J5 on the M27)
When: Monthly Absolute Beginners courses
7 Feb, 6 March, 3 April etc
7.45-9.30pm with practice dancing afterwards until 11pm
Classes for Improvers and Intermediates held on a weekly basis paying £7
Cost: £7 on the door or there is a discounted course fee of £25 instead of £28 for a 4 week course
