The TLC Dance School is a wonderful venue to hire in Southampton for training sessions, rehearsal space, drama, yoga, pilates or other dance classes etc in Southampton.

Please note we do not hire to private parties ie birthdays, weddings or anniversaries

The club is on the ground floor with a Main Hall and a Back Hall.  These can be hired separately as they have different entrances, or together with an adjoining door via the stage.

The Main Hall has the following facilities:
17m long and 9m wide with wall to wall high grade laminate dance floor
153 sqm area with high vaulted ceiling making it very airy and spacious
Very good ventilation with 5 large windows giving plenty of fresh air plus 6 smaller windows on the opposite side AND an industrial sized extractor fan
Raised stage – 55 sqm area – sanded and sealed wooden floor (works well as a second dance / rehearsal space)
Tables & chairs if required

The Back Hall has the following facilities:
5 x 7m (35 sqm) area with high grade wall to wall laminate dance floor (could be used as ‘green room’ for events/concerts)
4m wall of mirrors along one side
Good ventilation with 4 windows that open
Ladies & Gents Toilets
Separate entrance if required
Tables & chairs if required

PARKING

There is an onsite car park for 15 cars and there is also free street parking for 2 hours at anytime.
